Listen to Other's Ghost Stories or Experience Your Own


  • This is the full immersive experience. You will participate in the same kind of experiments that are often seen on television or YouTube.  

  • You will get the paranormal stories as it relates to who we believe may sometimes be present at a location.  It will also influence the questions you ask and the manner, in which, you ask them. That increases the likelihood of getting a real-time response. 

  • Led by a trained investigator, you will visit our most active locations to conduct vigil-style investigation sessions. 

  • This is YOUR experience.  We simply provide the tools, the training, and the access—you provide the bravery.

  • You Become the Paranormal Investigator


  • Hands-On: You are the investigator and you are able to participate as much or little as you like.  Our experienced staff will guide you through each session and manage the more complicated equipment.  

  • Immersive & Interactive:  We have designed this experience to use techniques and tools that provide 'instant feedback' and does not require review. 


  • Second Cbance to Listen: We will post the audio of the sessions online.  We HIGHLY recommend you listen again with a good pair of headphones.  You may be shocked by what you missed the first time.

  • Exclusive: Small group sizes (Max 6) means your experience will be your own and the experiences of others you will still get to enjoy.

  • Extended Duration: A 3-hour deep dive into the paranormal where you have your best chances of making communication with the other side.

The Details of the Terrell Paranormal Investigation Experience 

Schedule:  This tour is offered every Saturday night in the off-season (Nov-Feb).  The rest of the year it is offered on Fridays and Saturdays.  May start at 7 PM or 8 PM, depending on the seasonal sunset.

Duration: Approximately 3 Hours.

Intensity: High. 

Age:  If your child tends to fidget, tire, or become bored easily, this event may not be suitable, and we would advise against their attendance. Younger guests will likely enjoy this experience if they have an interest in paranormal television or video. It requires episodes of intense focus. 

Price: $30 - $45 per person

Meeting Point: Brin Opera House @ 102 East Moore Ave, Terrell, TX 75160.   

Check-in: Your tour guide will be down about 15 minutes prior to tour starting to let you in the lobby.

Dress for Weather:  This experience takes place both inside and outside.  If it's hot, dress for heat.  Cold?  Wear layers.  Rainy?  Bring an umbrella.  

We always have a contingency plan for heavy rain.

We reschedule if there are warnings for heat, thunderstorms, or freezing weather in Terrell during tour time.

  • 📸 Pro Photography Tips for Ghost Hunters


  • The Rule of Three: Don’t just take one photo. Take three in rapid succession. If an anomaly moves or changes shape between frames, it’s more likely to be paranormal.

  • Watch Your Breath: In cold weather, hold your breath while taking the shot to avoid capturing your own condensation (which looks like "ectoplasm").

  • No Flash is Best: Flash reflects off dust and bugs (creating "orbs"). Try using "Night Mode" or a low ISO setting to capture natural shadows.

  • Live Photos: If you have an iPhone, turn on "Live Photos." You might catch a shadow figure moving just before or after the shutter clicked.
