Always. We never know exactly what (or who) we will encounter, but we often get activity at least at one location


During the investigation tour, you'll have the opportunity to use K2 meters, Rempods, Spirit Boxes (for capturing voices), SLS (Kinect), Ovilus, and dowsing rods.

We provide access to the equipment commonly featured on paranormal TV shows. If there's a specific tool you're interested in trying, let us know and we can include it.

All our stories are based on historical research, eyewitness accounts, and documented paranormal investigations. Some events we experienced first-hand.  We share the stories and the evidence—you decide what you believe.

It depends on the "vibe" you are looking for.

  • Choose the Haunted Stories Tour if: You enjoy history and folklore. This is a 90-minute walking tour focused on the legends and hidden history of Terrell. It is perfect for those who want to hear the tales without handling the equipment.



  • Choose the Investigation Tour if: You want to be part of the action. This is an immersive, 3-hour experience where you use state-of-the-art ghost-hunting equipment to make contact with spirits. You don't just hear the stories; you hunt for the source.

Join our team for an exclusive, small-group journey through Terrell’s historic business district. We’ll visit "hot spots" where we consistently detect paranormal activity—most of which are accessible right from the sidewalk. You'll get hands-on experience with professional ghost-hunting tools as your guide teaches you how to communicate with the energies present.

The highlight of the night? Exclusive access to our 150-year-old historic Opera House. This three-story landmark is a lightning rod for paranormal phenomena; you'll have the chance to conduct your own investigation and see why it’s been documented by experts for decades.

We consider our tours "Family Friendly" and generally PG-rated. However, the Investigation requires focus and quiet, which may not suit energetic children. We generally recommend the experience for children aged 9 and up who are interested in the paranormal already. Ultimately, you know your child's comfort level best.   

The tour covers less than a half-mile of walking distance on smooth, paved pathways. We recommend comfortable walking shoes. 

Haunted Ghost Stories Tour Meeting Location

We meet in the American National Bank overflow parking lot at the corner of Moore Avenue and Frances Street.   We are across the street from the Iris Marquee.  The best coordinates to use for your maps app is 32.736772, -96.278648.  You can also use the address for Books and Crannies, we are across the street, 209 East Moore Avenue, Terrell, TX 75160

Paranormal Investigation Experience Meeting Location

We meet at the lobby of the Brin Opera House, located at 102 East Moore Avenue, Terrell, TX 75160.  

If the doors are locked upon your arrival, your tour guide will let you in approximately 15 minutes before the tour begins.

Do we go inside the buildings? Yes. We go inside our featured 150-year-old, 3-story building, which has decades of documented hauntings.

  • Haunted Ghost Stories Tour: Includes a guided walk-through of the first floor.

  • Paranormal Investigation Experience: Includes dedicated time to investigate at least one area of the building (or more, time permitting).

We also engage with equipment at several outdoor historic locations where spirits are known to communicate just as easily as they do indoors. 

Absolutely. We are ADA compliant. The route follows paved pathways, and we have ramps and an elevator in the main building. We also have portable lightweight seating available if you need to rest along the way.

Yes! We are a dog-friendly activity on our Haunted Ghost Walk Tour. Dogs are welcome as long as they are leashed and under your control at all times. Please be mindful of other guests and bring water for your pup, especially in warmer weather.

We have specific dog policies, and we kindly invite you to ensure that both you and your four-legged friend align with them for an enjoyable experience.   

We generally walk in light rain, so please bring an umbrella. 

Even in heavier rain, we can "pivot" our tour to accommodate the weather.

However, if there is severe weather (lightning or warnings), we will cancel for safety and offer a refund or reschedule.  You will be notified.

Considerations for high heat and winter weather advisories are also included.

Terrell's Paranormal Investigation Experience Schedule


  • Saturday Nights: We run tours every Saturday night, all year long.


  • Friday Nights: We often have Friday night tours seasonally from March through October.


  • Private Tours: Available any night of the week with advance booking.  Contact us to book. Private tours require a minimum of $80, covering up to 2 guests. Additional guests are $45 each for the Paranormal Investigation Experience and $20 a guest for the Ghost Stories Tour. Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts for private tours.

  • Saturday Night (Monthly): We run tours every last Saturday night of the month, all year long.

  • Private Tours: Available any night of the week with advance booking. Contact us to book. Private tours require a minimum of $80, covering up to 4 guests. Additional guests are $20 each. Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts for private tours.

  • $10 for under age 12
  • $20 for adults
Paranormal Investigation Experience Reservation Costs
  • Standard Reservation: $45 per person.
  • Early Bird: $35 per person if booked 7 days in advance.
  • Groups (6-10 guests): $30 per person.

Can I pay in installments? Yes. We offer Buy Now, Pay Later options at checkout and the ability to hold your reservation with a 50% deposit.

For large groups and birthday parties, we also provide flexible lay-away options. Please contact us to arrange a plan that works for you.

  • Down payments are non-refundable.
  • Standard or Early Reservations:  We ask that you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your tour start time for a full refund.
  • Groups and Private Tours:  We ask for 48 hours notice for a full refund.  
  • No shows do not qualify for refunds.  

We understand that unexpected situations arise. Even if you're beyond the refund period, please reach out to us. We must consider factors such as waitlist status and our tour guide's schedule, who has reserved time for your event. Various elements impact our ability to provide a full refund, but we strive to assist our guests whenever possible.
