Summary of Your Experience: You are securing your spot with a small and exclusive group of guests to interact with a paranormal investigator and commonly seen paranormal tools.  This will take place at haunted locations and will consist of brief investigation sessions both outdoors and indoors.  

Your Checklist:

• ✅ Duration: Plan for a full 3 to 3 1/2 hours of investigation.

  
  

• ✅ Group Size: Strict limit of 6 guests to ensure an intimate experience.

  
  

• ✅ Meeting Point: Brin Opera House Lobby (102 E Moore Ave, Terrell, TX)  You will see the circus mural where the side parking is.

• ✅ Refund Policy: Due to the limited nature of this event, tickets are non-refundable for no-shows. Rescheduling or refunds may be possible with 24-hour notice.

• ✅ Payment Options: Pay in full today, place a non-refundable deposit of $22.50, or use one of our Buy Now Pay Later options.
