Rhonda Hears a Knock
Last weekend, during the tour, we were on the 3rd floor of one of the buildings doing a spirit box session. Suddenly, Rhonda comes flying down the hallway and into the main room. We all noticed, and I asked her if she was okay. She said, "I was putting out equipment, and something knocked on the wall beside me!". All seven of us heard the loud knocking but assumed it was Rhonda.
That was my cue to turn off the spirit box and start trying to communicate with the spirit by knocking. I would ask, "I'm going to knock. Can you please knock back as loud as I do?".
Guess what? We heard it: knock, knock.
This went on for some time. Eventually, the knock's quit happening as communication gets slower and energy starts to wane. We did turn on the spirit box again, and we got some responses. This was most apparent when our youngest guest started to engage in the session by asking questions.
We were all certain there were more responses, but I realized too late that there was no SD card to record them on. But we know what we heard either way.
Another great night at the Terrell Ghost Walk.
