Terrell Ghosts Paranormal and Metaphysical Events Refund Policies



If unexpected changes arise in your plans, rest assured that we are here to support you every step of the way. Here is how we handle cancellations and rescheduling:


  • Cancellation and Rescheduling: Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out to us using any of the contact methods listed on our CONTACT US page. We strive to accommodate unforeseen circumstances with understanding and flexibility.


  • Refund Considerations: Our dedicated staff and tour guides carefully assess all relevant factors when processing refunds. Due to the limited availability of spots at certain events, we may not always be able to accommodate last-minute cancellations. However, with ample notice, we may offer your spot to someone on our waiting list.


  • Customer Satisfaction: Your contentment is our top priority. We aim to strike a balance that honors your needs, compensates our tour guides fairly, and sets clear expectations for all participants.


Terrell Ghost Walk Refund Policies


  • Full Payment Guests: Please provide us with a minimum of 8 hours' notice for a full refund if you have paid in full.  Otherwise, we reserve the right to retain the reservation fee.  If, however, we are able to replace your reservation with someone from our waiting list, we will promptly issue you a refund.  If that occurs, you will be notified by email promptly.


  • Group Cancellations: If you have a group of 6 or more, we kindly ask for a 48-hour notice for any cancellations. Reservations retained for individuals who still would like to take the tour will be charged the standard reservation fee of $40 per person.


  • Guests Who Paid Deposits:   If you made a down payment towards your reservations, we do not issue refunds.  You can transfer your down payment to another date or transfer it to another person.  We do ask for 8 hours' notice if you choose to transfer.  If you do not attend the tour or cancel with less than 8 hours' notice, you will not be responsible for any available balance.


  • Buy Now, Pay Later Programs:  The same refund policies apply to buy now, pay later programs as full payment guests.  If you have not made any payments, you will not be charged for the reservation.  If we have received the first payment, we will issue you a credit and you will not be responsible for any additional payments.  You will need to contact the payment processor directly.  If you do not know how to contact the payment processor, Contact Us and we will help you get in touch.  


Merchandise Refunds


  • Merchandise Purchased During an Event Registration: will not be refunded for no shows, but we will refund for those who have contacted us prior to the event to cancel.  If you have contacted us about shipping you the merchandise we will gladly ship it to you with the normal shipping rate for the product. 


  • Merchandise Purchased Outside of Event Registration will be refunded on a case by case basis.


Workshops


  • For workshops lasting between 1 to 4 hours:   Kindly notify us within 24 hours for a complete refund. Otherwise, we are pleased to offer credit towards future events, services, or products.


  • Workshops exceeding 4 hours:   A 48-hour notice is required for a full refund; otherwise, half of the course fee will be provided as credit. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.


  • Transferability:   Reservations and registrations can be transferred. We appreciate prior notification if you wish to transfer your reservation.


  • For On-Site Paranormal Investigation Training: Refunds for cancellations will be determined on a case-by-case basis due to the high overhead costs and limited participant space. If we can fill your spot, you will receive a full refund. We strive to find a fair solution for all parties involved based on various factors such as timing and expenses incurred.


Refund Processing


  • We aim to process refunds promptly. You will receive email notifications from us or our payment providers once the refund has been completed. Please note that the timing of refunds may vary depending on the payment platform used, such as PayPal, Square, or Stripe. Delays are more likely to occur if a refund is issued on a weekend or holiday. In our experience, refunds and credits are typically processed within 24 hours, with many being instant.
