Go Beyond the Ghost Hunt. Become the Investigator.

Have you ever watched a paranormal show and wished you could be part of a real, methodical investigation? This is your opportunity. We are offering an exclusive, limited-engagement event for just six individuals who want to learn the discipline of paranormal research and participate in a live, hands-on investigation at the historically active location.  This isn't a tour; it's an immersive paranormal experience. You will be equipped with the knowledge, tools, and techniques used by many investigators to search for, document, and analyze potential paranormal phenomena.

Event fee is $50 for each participant.

Minimum Age is 16 for this event.

Location will not be publically posted.  You will have to contact us to ask directly.  It is in the small business district of Terrell near the office.

Your Evening Begins with an In-Depth 2-Hour Training Workshop

6PM to 8PM

Before we start, we empower you with knowledge. Your investigation begins in a classroom setting where our lead investigator will guide you through the essential principles of a credible paranormal study. This foundational training ensures that every participant understands the 'why' behind the 'what,' turning a simple ghost hunt into a structured search for evidence.

Your training curriculum includes:

The Science of the Search: Understanding the Control Study

• Learn the most critical element of any serious investigation: establishing a baseline. We'll detail how to conduct a control study, what it means for your evidence, and why it's essential for ruling out environmental factors and false positives. This is the key difference between ghost hunting and paranormal research.

Echoes in the Walls: The History of the Location

• The location is currently being kept confidential and not posted publicly.  It is in Terrell and has documented paranormal phenomena.  If you want to know our location prior to the investigation, please contact me to ask.  

The Resident Spirits: Documented Paranormal Events

• Hear the stories and review the evidence that has been captured at this location over the years. We will discuss documented sightings, recurring sounds, personal experiences, and previously captured EVPs that make this a compelling site for investigation.

The Tools of the Trade: Equipment and Methodology

• Get a hands-on tutorial with the equipment you will be using throughout the night. We'll demonstrate the proper use and function of:

• • Proximity Meters:  Such as the Melmeter and Trifield Meter)

  • Digital Voice Recorders for EVP Sessions  (With 32-bit Float Audio Devices Opportunistic Devices such as the Spirit Box)

  • Motion Activated Cameras

  • Temperature and Environmental Sensors:  Thermal FLIR Imaging

  • • EVP Recorders with 32 Float Bit and Dynamic/Condensor Mics and Spirit Boxes/Ovilus Devices (and how to use them responsibly)

  • SLS

The Investigation Blueprint: Vigils and Setups

• We will walk you through the night's strategic plan. You'll see a map of the location's hotspots and learn where we will set up our equipment. We'll explain how we conduct a "paranormal vigil"—the focused, patient periods of observation and communication that form the core of the investigation.

Listening to the Silence: The Basics of Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP)

• What is an EVP? Learn the proper techniques for conducting an EVP session to maximize your chances of capturing a disembodied voice.

• Learn to effectively use both a type 1 and type 2 EVP recorder and the difference.

Decoding the Static: A Primer on EVP Analysis

• Capturing a potential EVP is only the first step. We will teach you how to perform a quick, critical analysis of your audio recordings. You'll learn what to listen for, how to identify false positives (like whispers or outside noises), and the basics of documenting potential evidence.

The Debrief: Concluding and Reviewing Your Investigation

• An investigation doesn't end when the lights come on. We'll cover the process of evidence review, compiling personal experience logs, and how to form a rational, objective conclusion based on the data you've collected throughout the night.

The Investigation

8 PM to 11:30 PM

Following the training, we will form one group and you will be able to put your new skills to the test. Under the guidance of our experienced investigator, you will set up equipment, conduct vigils, run EVP sessions, and monitor equipment in the location's most active areas. This is your chance to actively conduct an investigation, manage the equipment, and experience for yourself first hand.  You will be guided by an experience paranormal investigator who is there to help you along.

The Final Debrief: Recap and Evidence Check-in

11:30 PM to midnight or later if needed

Wrap Up Session

• Recap the Evening: Discuss personal experiences, interesting equipment readings, and potential evidence captured while the events are still fresh in your mind.

• Ask Final Questions: Get immediate feedback and insights from the lead investigators on the night's events.

• Conduct Equipment Check-in: We will guide you through the process of properly powering down and returning the investigative equipment.

This final debrief ensures that we end the night as a cohesive team and properly document the first-hand accounts of every participant.

Analysis

All data collected during the paranormal investigation will be compiled into a file for your review and analysis as you wish. We will provide a Google Drive file to upload our findings in the weeks following the investigation. You will find that the most fascinating data surfaces during the review process.

You will have access to a forum after the event, where we can discuss our findings during the analysis. This is truly the most captivating and thrilling part of the investigation.
