The premium, hands-on ghost hunting experience.

Summary of Your Experience: You are securing your spot on an exclusive investigation. You will be working with commonly seen paranormal equipment (Dowsing rods, REM pods, various meters, Spirit Boxes, and more) and guided through active sessions by a trained investigator.

Your Checklist:

  • ✅ Duration: Plan for a full 3 to 3 1/2 hours of investigation.


  • ✅ Group Size: Strict limit of 6 guests to ensure an intimate experience.


  • ✅ Meeting Point: Brin Opera House Lobby (102 E Moore Ave).


  • ✅ Refund Policy: Due to the limited nature of this event, tickets are non-refundable for no-shows. Rescheduling may be possible with 24-hour notice.


  • ✅ Payment Options: Pay in full today, place a non-refundable deposit of $22.50, or use Affirm for installments.

Reservation Price:   

  • $30 for groups of 6 or more, 

  • $35 for reservations placed 1 week prior to tour date,

  • $45 for tickets scheduled the week of the event.
